General Machining

We do general Machining of all kinds. Machine new or rebuild pump shafts, hydraulic rods and glands, bushings, keyways etc. Rebuild all bucket linkages associated with Excavators and Front end loaders.  Reverse engineering with Solidworks 3D CAD software. We can take your concepts and draw and assemble all the components visually before cutting any metal.

Bar stock sales of 1018, 1045 and Alloy grades 4140, 4340 in sizes from 1/2? – 6?+. Turn Ground and Polished (TGP) shafting from ½” to 2 1/8” diameter.

Custom electric, hydraulic or gas engine powered products are also projects we specialize in and we enjoy tackling anything out of the ordinary.  We also design and manufacture Big Ice Flood pumps, 5.5hp Honda engine powered Pump and 20hp Honda powered Ice auger with 19” cutting head.

Portable Machining

​

We are the solution to your worn out or damaged heavy equipment on surface or underground.

 

Onsite machining is the most cost effective way of rebuilding worn or oversize bores on loader arms and buckets, excavator booms, center joints, etc. We can work in your repair shop or off the tailgate of our pickup in the bush.  By utilizing automatic bore welding we can bring the bores back to OEM specifications and use proper OEM bushings or pins. Our automatic bore welding system is a BOA 308i.  We have capabilities for portable line boring and bore welding from 1 7/8” Diameter bores up to 14”+.

We use a Climax line bore system, BB5000 which is highly rated for versatility, accuracy, and portability from others in the line bore field. Save the costly repair bills of taking your equipment to the nearest repair facility and the extensive down time.
